Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a trolley line to be replaced on the way of its line in a simple manner by providing insultors for the upper side and the side surface of a channel conductor in a state that the outer bottom surface of the chanael conductor is exposed. CONSTITUTION:Insulated trolley lines 10 and 11 are channel conductors 12 and 14 covered with insulators 13 and 15, the outer bottom surfaces of the channel conductors 12 and 14 are exposed, and the upper side and the side surface of them are covered with the insulators 13 and 15. A connecting fixture 16 is made up out of paired insulators 21 and 22, and of a widening spring 23. In this case, the connecting fixture 16 is inserted into the channel conductors 12 and 14 of the insulated trolley lines 10 and 11, and connecting conductors 21 and 22 are pressed into contact with the inner surfaces of the flanges 12' and 14' of the channel conductors 12 and 14 so that the insulated trolley lines 10 and 11 are connected. By this constitution, the insulated trolley line can be replaced even when it is on the way of its line in a simple manner.

Conventionally, a trolley bar connection structure disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 53-23562 has been devised. This connection structure involves inserting a pair of upper and lower connection pins across the conductors to be connected, screwing them into one connection pin, and using a bolt whose tip abuts the other connection pin to separate the connection pins from the inside of the conductor. Press it to connect the side conductor.
