The present invention relates to a joining method that can ensure the following.

The first method is to intersect the linear weld base material (11) with the to-be-welded base material (21), and join the crossed overlapping parts by micro spot welding, as shown in FIG. In the figure, +1) is the linear weld base material.

1 Workability will be significantly deteriorated, and the stress relief required to ensure the strength of the welded joint (41t) must be provided on the M-type welding base material (1), making it lighter, thinner, shorter, and smaller. There are problems in that it is very difficult to ensure stress relief (4) in products that are used in the welding process, and that stress is applied directly to the welded joint, leading to wire breakage.

This is an improved method that allows the work to be carried out continuously. In other words, in Figure 4, (1) is a linear welding base material, and (2) is a base material to be welded.

This is a welded joint where the two are placed so that they intersect and are wrapped several times. C41 is a stress release, and (5) is a printed circuit board to which the base material to be welded (2) is attached. In the above example, the linear welding base material (11) is preset to the base material to be welded (21).
The welding work can be performed continuously by wrapping the welding material around the material, and the workability can be improved compared to the first method.

It is very difficult to secure stress relief (41) in bLn products, and there are problems such as stress being applied directly to the welded joint, leading to wire breakage.

接合方法ヲ祷ることを目的とする。This invention was made to solve this problem, and by simply providing the minimum necessary stress relief for products that are becoming lighter, thinner, and smaller, stress is not directly applied to the welded joint, and the welded joint can be made smaller. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a welding method that can secure the strength of the welded joint, eliminate any disconnection of the welded joint, and perform extremely reliable welding work.

(5) Position the linear welding base material (1) so as to intersect with the base material to be welded (2), and wrap it gently toward the tip of the base material to be welded (2) so as not to make it stick tightly. Relief part (6) is provided with gold. Thereafter, a welding joint (3) is provided which is located at an angle in which the terminal end of the linear welding base material fi+ escapes from the stress relief part (6) in a range 1 that does not cover the outer shape of the welding electrode (7) during welding. At this time, the base material to be welded (

Since the stress relief part (6) of the weld joint (6) can absorb mechanical stress, it is possible to ensure sufficient joint strength compared to the conventional method, so this method completely eliminates disconnection from the weld joint (3). To make it @! It can be made very reliable.
