ある。 Therefore, in consideration of the above points, in order to check the degree of removal of the film on the conductor's internal strands after the inspection, an electrical method that does not require opening the internal strands of the conductor is used, and at the same time, it is possible to avoid variations in the measured values. The purpose of this invention is to provide an inspection method that requires only a small amount of insulation film removal.
