2. Description of the Related Art In a large-capacity power transmission cable, an enamel-insulated (for example, polyimideamide-coated) conductor wire with an insulating film is sometimes used as the conductor wire for the purpose of reducing power transmission loss due to a skin effect. Then, when the terminal treatment of the cable conductor is performed or when the connection treatment is performed, it is necessary to perform the treatment of the insulating film of the wire in order to secure the electrical conductivity of the end portion of the cable. is there. Therefore, in order to remove the insulating film of the wire,
Generally, a processing means by a sand blast method is used, and as such a sand blast method apparatus, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-17614, etc., sand (alumina powder) is compressed from a shot gun provided in a housing with compressed air. A means for removing the film by spraying with is known.

Further, as described above, it is necessary to confirm the state of removal of the insulating coating when the insulating coating of the wire is removed by using the sandblast method. Therefore,
For example, as disclosed in Japanese Examined Patent Publication No. 3-60056, it has been proposed to measure the electrical resistance in a state where the segment conductors are bundled and to judge the state of removal of the insulating coating of the strand from the measured value. There is. In the conventional method of detecting the degree of removal of an insulating film, an apparatus configured as shown in FIG. 7 is used. Measuring device 2 shown in FIG.
In No. 0, the insulator of the cable 1 was peeled off to expose the cable conductor 3 and the insulating film was removed from the exposed tip end of the cable conductor 3 over a range L of a predetermined length. Then, the electrodes 21 and 22 are attached to the cut ends and the portions with the length L therebetween.

Further, an insulating pipe member 25 is attached between the two electrodes 21 and 22, and the insulating pipe 25 is also a member having a semicircular cross section divided into two, as in the case of the electrodes. , And the flange 26 is tightened by the fixing screw 27 to compress the strand of the cable conductor in the resistance measurement section. However, as shown in the above-mentioned conventional example, when the resistance value is collectively measured with respect to the cable conductor from which the insulating film is removed, the resistance measurement section is short. In addition, the resistance value depends on the contact state of each wire, and when each wire of the cable conductor is clamped in an incomplete state,
The measured values are likely to vary, and it is difficult to obtain accurate measured values. When the removal condition of the insulation film is erroneously determined, cable connection processing, etc. is performed, and when a large current is applied, the electrical resistance increases at the position where the insulation film removal is incomplete. Then, there is a problem that heat is generated. Further, when the insulating coating is removed using a sandblasting method, if there is a difference in the degree to which the insulating coating of the wire is removed due to the skill of the operator,
In the collective measurement method as shown in the conventional example, it is not possible to easily know how much the insulating film remains, and it is also necessary to use a visual measuring means.

However, in the work of visually deciding the degree of removal of the insulating coating of the strands, for example, as shown in FIG. 6, the conductor of the cable 1 is configured as a compressed segment conductor 4 and the segment conductor 4 is twisted. When the wire is compressed, it is difficult to increase the distance between the wires 5 to the exposed base of the cable conductor 3. In the cable 1 shown in FIG. 6, when the insulating coating of the wire at the connection end of the cable is processed by sandblasting to remove the insulating coating from the surface of the wire, the insulator 2 of the cable 1 is removed. To expose the cable conductor 3. The cable conductor 3 is exposed and the segment conductor 4 is exposed.
A means for removing the insulating film on the surface of each element wire is used in a state where the element wires constituting the are unraveled.

However, the conventional means for removing the insulating coating by sandblasting has a problem that it is difficult to remove the insulating coating, especially in the central portion 7 of the base portion on the exposed side of the cable conductor. In addition, when checking the removal state of the insulating film by a visual method, there is a problem that the central part of the base cannot be wide open and the inspection becomes incomplete.

Due to the above-mentioned structure, the measuring member of the present invention uses only the guide rod having the electrode at the tip and the guide member for guiding the electrode to the specific strand. The device configuration can be simplified, and highly reliable measured values of insulation / conductivity can be obtained. Further, in the device of the present invention, the state of removal of the insulating film can be known by moving the respective wires constituting the cable conductor while bringing the electrode at the tip end portion of the guide rod into contact therewith. Then, the measuring member of the present invention is capable of measuring the insulation resistance by inserting the electrode even to the base portion where the strands of the segment conductor or the like are densely packed, so that the work of removing the insulating film by means such as sandblasting is performed. After that, it is possible to easily know the insulation state of the surface of the strand, as compared with the case of using a normal inspection means.

In the example shown in FIG. 5, since the other wire intersects the wire to be measured and the electrode is in contact with the other wire, the wire to be measured is Even if the insulating film remains, the current passing through the exposed part of another wire in contact with the electrode will be measured. However, it is a very rare example that the state shown in FIG. 5 occurs, and in a general cable conductor, when one wire has an insulating film remaining, another wire It is presumed that the insulation film in the above condition remains. Furthermore, in the measuring method of the present invention, the state of removal of the insulating film of the strands can be measured to know the average state of the cable conductor.
Since it is one purpose, even if the above-mentioned inconvenience occurs locally, it does not cause a big problem.

The guide ring 15 provided on the measuring member 10 of the present invention is constructed so as to be inserted along a specific strand, and the guide rod is made of a hard metal, etc. With this, it is possible to remove the entangled surrounding strands and insert the strands even to the base. Therefore, with the force within the range permitted by the strength of the guide rod, the measuring member can be easily inserted even into the dense portion of the wire, and the work of measuring the insulation resistance with respect to an arbitrary wire can be performed.

The apparatus for confirming the removal of the insulating film of the insulated wire conductor of the present invention uses the measuring member constructed as described above, so that the guide rod having the electrode at the tip and the specific wire On the other hand, since only the guide member for guiding the electrode is used, the structure of the device can be simplified and highly reliable measured values of insulation / conductivity can be obtained.
