Claims (1)
- 回転せずに直進搬送される管状あるいは丸棒状
の被検材の周りを回転する超音波探触子と、上記
超音波探触子に接続されるワンタツチ型コネクタ
と、上記超音波探触子を挿入する円筒体と、上記
円筒体に固定された支持部と、上記支持部に支持
された回転軸と、上記回転軸に固定された風圧板
とを備えたことを特徴とする検査装置。
