Claims (1)
- 回転せずに直進搬送される管状あるいは丸棒状
の被検材の周りを回転する超音波探触子と、上記
超音波探触子を挿入している円筒体と、上記円筒
体に取り付けられたブラケツトと、上記ブラケツ
トに回転支持されたローラと、上記ローラの溝を
シールするパツキンと、上記ローラを固定するた
めの固定ボルトを備えたことを特徴とする検査装
置。
