Claims (1)
- 一表面側からの入射光による入射像に基づく反
射膜上の潜像に応じて、他表面側からのこの反射
膜による反射光により出力像を得る光変調素子に
おいて、可視光及び電気を通しにくい絶縁膜によ
るそれぞれ隔離された、反射率の大きな導電性の
微小な島状金属膜の集合よりなる反射膜を備えた
ことを特徴とする光変調素子。
