    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 光導電体層と、この光導電体層の一方の面に隣接して設
    けられた第１の電極対および第２の電極対と、前記光導
    電体層の他方の面側に直接あるいは光透過性基板を挾ん
    で設けられ、光導電体層の一方の面側から前記各電極対
    間で入射した光のうち、第２の電極対間から入射した光
    のみを反射し戻す光反射層とを具備してなる光センサ素
    子。
