管状部が形成され、前記把持部材は一方の端部に

部からなり、該嵌入部には乾電池収納域が設けら
れるとともに先端に電球が設けられており、前記
管状部には前記嵌入部が完全に嵌入された状態で
の電球位置よりも前記接地部側に透光管が形成さ
れるとともに該透光管を挟んで前記電球が対向す
る位置に光反射板が設けられており、前記接地部
と透光管の接地部側端部との間が３〜２５cmの棒
状体であり、前記電球を点灯および消灯するスイ
ツチが前記把持部材又は接地部材に設けられてな
