Conventionally, automatic urinal cleaning methods include a method that periodically discharges flushing water, and a method that detects when a user approaches or leaves the urinal using a light detection sensor, etc. There is a method in which washing water is supplied during or after use. In addition, in the case of a system in which the supply of flush water is controlled by detecting the human body using the light detection sensor, etc., before the user starts urinating, the inside of the toilet bowl is moistened, a so-called preliminary flush. In most cases, the main cleaning is performed afterwards. Preliminary cleaning involves moistening the inner surface of the toilet bowl before urinating to form a water film on the inner surface of the bowl.
This water film prevents stain-causing components such as ammonia and protein contained in urine from directly sticking to the inner surface of the toilet bowl.

By the way, the method of discharging cleaning water periodically does not match the actual usage conditions.
If the urinal is used frequently, the amount of water used for flushing may be insufficient, resulting in odor or buildup of dirt.If the urinal is used infrequently, a large amount of water may be wasted. There was a drawback.

The purpose of pre-washing is to create a water film on the inner surface of the toilet bowl before urinating, and the water is discharged for a short period of time. On the other hand, in the main cleaning, after cleaning the inner surface of the toilet bowl, the urine in the water-sealing trap must be replaced with cleaning water, and the discharge time is set to be quite long. By the way, in the conventional method of supplying washing water by human body detection, depending on the rising signal of the human body detected signal,
Preliminary cleaning is started for a predetermined period of time, and main cleaning is performed for a predetermined period of time in response to a fall signal of the human body detection signal. For this reason, even if the person cleaning the urinal simply passes through the urinal, that is, even if the user is not a real urinal user, the preliminary cleaning and main cleaning are always performed, reducing the amount of wasted cleaning water used. The drawback is that there are too many.

The present invention improves and eliminates the above-mentioned conventional problems, and determines whether or not a person is a true urinal user based on the time period during which the human body is continuously detected. However, the present invention aims to provide an automatic cleaning device in which the total amount of cleaning water used can be reduced by changing the main cleaning time.

As is clear from the embodiments shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, the pre-cleaning circuit 4 uses the rising signal b of the human body detection signal a.
For example, a single shot pulse e of 3 seconds is generated, and the relay 13 is operated to open the water supply valve 15 for the time period during which the pulse e is being generated, thereby performing preliminary cleaning. On the other hand, the main cleaning circuit 5 generates a single shot pulse h for a predetermined time based on the falling signal f of the human body detection signal a, and performs the main cleaning in the same manner as in the preliminary cleaning. However, the output of this single shot pulse h depends on whether or not the fall signal f of the human body detection signal a is output while the single shot pulse e for pre-cleaning is being output. The times are set differently. That is, if the falling signal f of the human body detection signal a is output while the pulse e is being output, the second
As shown in the figure, a capacitor C is charged by two circuits passing through resistors R 1 and R 2 respectively. Also, after preliminary cleaning, the human body detection signal a
When a falling signal f is output, the capacitor C is charged by one circuit passing only through R1 . When the charging voltage of capacitor C reaches a predetermined voltage, flip-flop circuit 2
The output of No. 6 becomes "H" level, and the single shot pulse h is no longer output. In short, depending on whether the fall signal f of the human body detection signal a is output during pre-flushing or after it is completed, it is possible to simulate whether or not the urinal is actually being used. The main cleaning time is automatically changed within the range from 0 to an arbitrarily set time.

A case where the human body detection signal a of the human body detector 3 continues for 3 seconds or more will be explained with reference to the time chart of FIG. In this case, first, the trigger generator 7 generates a trigger pulse d by the rising signal b of the human body detection signal a.
occurs. When this trigger signal d is input, the negative potential of the comparator 18 becomes lower than the positive potential, and the comparator 18 outputs an "H" level (outputs a set signal), so that the flip-flop circuit 19 It becomes an "L" level output and generates a single shot pulse e. For this reason,
The relay 13 is turned on via the OR element 12 and outputs a signal j, which excites the solenoid 14 and opens the water supply valve 15. That is, the pre-cleaning circuit 4
Preliminary cleaning is started, and a water film is formed on the inner surface of the urinal bowl. As mentioned above, by forming a water film on the inner surface of the toilet bowl before urinating, this prevents components that cause stains contained in urine, such as ammonia and protein, from directly adhering to the inner surface of the toilet bowl. This is to prevent this.

A charge begins to accumulate due to the current passing through resistor R3 . When the potential of the capacitor C1 becomes higher than the negative potential of the comparator 17, the comparator 17 outputs an "H" level (outputs a reset signal). Therefore, the flip-flop circuit 19
outputs an inverted signal and becomes an "H" level output (single shot pulse e is no longer output). In this case, the potential of the capacitor C1 is
The time for the potential to become higher than the negative side potential of is set to 3 seconds, and therefore, the pre-cleaning is performed for only 3 seconds.

Since the ON operation is not performed, the current flowing through the resistor R 2 flows toward the intermediate connection point 22 of the pulse generator 10 . However, in this case, the output side of the flip-flop circuit 26 is at the "H" level and the transistor 28 is turned on, so that the current passing through R2 and the current passing through R1 are all transferred from the collector of the transistor 28. Charge begins to accumulate in capacitor C through
In this case, since the single shot pulse output from the flip-flop circuit 19 of the pre-cleaning circuit 4 is at the "H" level, the transistor 21 of the pulse generator 8 is in an ON operation. Therefore, the current flowing through the resistor R2 will flow from the collector to the emitter of the transistor 21, and no charging current will flow through the resistor R2 to the capacitor C. Therefore, capacitor C is
As shown in the equivalent circuit of FIG. 4, it is charged only by the current passing through resistor R1 . The time t1 until this charged potential reaches a predetermined voltage (the negative potential of the comparator 24 divided by three resistors) is 10 seconds as shown in FIG. This can be changed freely by changing the time constant by changing the value of the resistor R1 .

Therefore, the output of the flip-flop circuit 26 is inverted and becomes an "H" level output. in short,
After the falling signal f of the human body detection signal a is output
After 10 seconds have elapsed, the single shot pulse h is no longer output, and the main cleaning ends.

In this case, in the pre-cleaning circuit 4, as in the above case,
A single shot pulse e is output for only 3 seconds, and pre-cleaning is performed for only 3 seconds. Then,
In the cleaning circuit 5, the falling signal f of the human body detection signal a is output while the single shot pulse e is being output. In response to the falling signal f, the comparator 25 outputs an "H" level, and the flip-flop circuit 26 outputs an "L" level. That is, a single shot pulse h is output, and main cleaning and preliminary cleaning signals e and h are output simultaneously. Here, the water supply valve 15 of the urinal is opened and closed by either the signal e or h, and even if both are output at the same time, the discharge flow rate of flush water is constant.

いる。 By the way, in this case, the preliminary cleaning circuit 4
The transistor 21 and the transistor 28 of the main cleaning circuit 5 are both OFF. Therefore, a charging current flows to the capacitor C through the resistors R1 and R2 . The time constant in this case is extremely short,
As shown in FIG. 5, the time t 2 until the charge accumulated in the capacitor C becomes higher than the negative potential of the comparator 24 is only 1 second. Therefore, the comparator 24 outputs the reset signal 1 second after the falling signal f of the human body detection signal a is output, that is, 3 seconds after the rising signal b of the human body detection signal a is output. However, the flip-flop circuit 26 outputs an "H" level. In other words, the single shot pulse h for performing main cleaning is no longer output. In the end, while the preliminary cleaning is being performed by the preliminary cleaning circuit 4, the main cleaning ends at the same time, and as a result, the main cleaning is not performed. In short, if the human body detector 3 continuously outputs the human body detection signal a for 2 seconds (the same applies if it is less than 2 seconds), and it is determined that the person is simply passing through, the urinal Washing is performed for only 3 seconds as a preliminary wash, and by eliminating the main wash that follows, the total amount of washing water is reduced.

可能である。 Note that when the human body detection signal a continues for 2 seconds and is output for a time x within 3 seconds, the capacitor C has a resistor for only the time (3 seconds - x). Charging is performed by the current passing through R 1 and resistor R 2 , and after 3 seconds, charging is performed only by the current passing through resistor R 1 . Therefore, in the case of this time x, after the preliminary cleaning for 3 seconds is performed, the main cleaning is performed only until the potential of the capacitor C reaches the predetermined potential. Of course, even in this case, the main cleaning time is shorter than in the past, and the effect of significantly reducing the discharge flow rate of cleaning water is great. The time during which this main cleaning is performed can be arbitrarily determined by changing the resistance value of R1 .

This automatic cleaning device 31 has a pre-cleaning circuit 34 formed by an AND element 32 whose input terminals are the output of the pulse generator 8 of the device of the first embodiment and the output of the human body detector 3. There is. In this case, the preliminary cleaning is performed only when the human body detection signal a and the single shot pulse e of the flip-flop circuit 19 (see FIG. 2) are output, and the user If the user leaves the urinal within seconds, the preliminary flushing will be completed within the time it takes to leave the urinal.
