Claims (1)
- 加熱室と、加熱室に収容される被加熱物を加熱
する熱源と、加熱室の空気を排出する排気手段と
、被加熱物の加熱によつて変化する排気空気中の
湿度を検知する検知手段と、被加熱物の加熱時に
検知される湿度が飽和するとその飽和湿度に対応
して飽和湿度よりも低い設定値を算出する演算手
段と、湿度が飽和濃度に達すると熱源の出力を低
下させて湿度が前記設定値に維持されるよう熱源
出力を制御する制御手段を備えた加熱調理装置。
