Claims (1)
- 加熱室１内へマイクロ波を供給するマグネトロ
ン１１と、加熱室内の天井部空間に設置されたグ
リルヒーター４，４と、このグリルヒーター設置
空間と調理器本体外部とを通じる排気風路７と、
この排気風路内の前記グリルヒーター側から本体
外部に向けて酸化触媒６、吸引形排気フアン９、
温度センサー１０を記載の順に備えるほか、電子
レンジ加熱時の加熱時間決定過程、その後の電子
レンジ定常加熱過程、グリル定常加熱過程および
グリル加熱途中でのドア開放報知前の一定時間過
程における前記排気フアンへの通電率を制御する
制御回路１２を備え、レンジ、グリル、オーブン
の各調理を行なう加熱調理器において、レンジ調
理時マグネトロン１１の加熱開始Ａ後排気温度検
出Ｂによつて加熱の所要時間が決定されるまで風
量を下げ、その後調理終了Ｃまで風量を上げるよ
うに制御回路１２によつて前記排気フアン９を制
御することを特徴とする加熱調理器。
