を塞ぐ状態で金属板が取付られ、この金属板の一
方の面に前記第１の誘電体基板が設けられ、前記
第２の誘電体基板は前記金属板の他方の面に密着
させられて前記金属ケースに取り付けられ、前記
第１及び第２の誘電体基板を電気的に接続する端
子が前記金属板を貫通して設けられていることを
