ロール11a〜11cの回転によつて周回する。 A roll ironer is generally known as a device that dehydrates washed items such as sheets, yukatas, pillow covers, etc. and then dries them while pressing them. FIG. 1 illustrates the configuration of this roll ironer, in which a plurality, for example, three cylindrical rolls 11a to 11c are mounted in parallel at intervals. Each of the rolls 11a to 11c has a permeable elastic material wound around the circumferential surface, and a large number of small holes (not shown) for ventilation are formed in the circumferential surface. And these rolls 11a-1
1c are each rotationally driven in the same direction by a roll drive motor 12 via a transmission device (not shown). A guide stand 13 is provided below these rolls 11a to 11c. This guide stand 13 is in close contact with the rolls 11a to 11c,
It is composed of a curved surface, and both ends of the roll 1
Place the flat plate stand 1 at approximately the same height as the shaft parts 1a to 11c.
4 and 14b are integrally formed. Guide stand 13
On the surface facing the rolls 11a to 11c,
Heat generating parts 15a to 15c are embedded respectively.
That is, by inserting the object to be washed 16 which still contains a large amount of water after dehydration into the gap between the roll 11a and the guide table 13 from the flat plate table 14a, the object to be washed 16 is transferred to the roll 11a. ~11c
As the plate base 1 rotates, the plate base 1 moves along the guide base 13.
Proceed to 4b. In this case, the object to be washed 16 is pressed and dried by being pressed against the heat generating parts 15 to 15c. In addition, the rolls 11a to 1
The shaft portion of 1c has exhaust ducts 17a to 17c.
The water vapor emitted when the item 16 to be washed dries passes through small holes on the circumferential surface of the rolls 11a to 11c, enters the inside of the rolls 11a to 11c, and is sent to the duct by a fan (not shown). 17
It is exhausted through a to 17c. The items to be washed 16 are
The moisture content varies depending on the type and dehydration state, so in order to maintain a constant drying state,
Adjustment is made by changing the rotational speed of the rolls 11a to 11c. This is the roll drive motor 1
The motor speed controller 18 is formed with a variable resistor that controls the voltage supplied to the motor 12, and the resistance value of this variable resistor is controlled by a motor speed controller 18 connected to the motor 12. By operating the knob 181 that changes the rotation speed, the rotation speed can be changed. In addition, in order to prevent the object to be washed 16 from wrapping around the object to be washed 16, especially when the rotational speed of the rolls 11a to 11c is high,
A tape 19 is disposed to restrict the passage of 6.
This tape 19 is wound around rolls 11a to 11c, fixed pulleys 20a and 20b, and a movable pulley 20 that changes the tension of this tape 19.
It circulates by the rotation of the rolls 11a to 11c.

It had to change. Moreover,
It is difficult to always keep the object to be washed 16 in an optimal dry state, and if the rotation speed is too slow, the object to be washed will deteriorate due to overdrying, and if it is too fast, it may be insufficiently dried. I get used to it.

なく、安全なものとすることができる。 Next, the operation of the above embodiment will be explained with reference to FIG. 3 and FIGS. 1 to 3, mainly focusing on the control of the speed command voltage controller 33. FIG. 3 shows the configuration of the speed command voltage control section 33.
The detection result of the sensor 31 is transmitted to the signal converter 3.
2, it becomes a current signal and is first input to the current-voltage converter 331. In this case, the input current signal is 4mA to 20mA with 12mA as the reference value.
mA range, and when the exhaust gas detected by the sensor 31 has a high temperature and low humidity, the value of the current signal is large, and when the temperature and humidity are low, the value of the current signal I is small. . The current-voltage converter 331 converts the input current signal into the form shown in FIG.
It is converted into a voltage signal V 1 as shown in , and sent to the gain adjustment section 332 . A gain setting device 333 is connected to this gain adjustment section 332, and the gain adjustment section 332 adjusts the input voltage signal V 1 according to the gain a set by this gain setting device 333.
is appropriately amplified to produce a voltage signal as shown in Figure 4.2.
Convert to V2 . The voltage signal V 2 is then input to the reference voltage adjustment section 334. A reference voltage setting device 335 for setting a reference voltage V 0 is connected to this reference voltage adjustment section 334.
The reference rotational speed of the roll drive motor 12 is determined by V 0 . The reference voltage adjustment unit 334 applies a reference voltage V 0 to the input voltage signal V 2 ,
As shown in FIG. 4, this is outputted as a speed command voltage V to the motor speed controller 34 to control the rotational speed of the roll drive motor 12. Here, the speed command voltage V is expressed by the formula V=a(-12)+ V0 using the above current signal, gain a, and reference voltage V0 , and depending on the settings of gain a, The range of increase/decrease in the speed command voltage V, that is, the range of increase/decrease in the rotational speed of the roll drive motor 12 can be controlled. Note that this speed command voltage controller 33 includes a feedback switch 33.
This feedback switch 336
is opened, and the speed command voltage V= V0 is established. That is, in the above state, the roll orbit motor 12 is operated at a preset reference voltage.
Due to V 0 , the roll drive motor 12 is operated at the reference speed, and the rotation speed of the roll drive motor 12 does not increase unnecessarily, making it possible to achieve safety.

In this case, the rotational speed of the rolls is set to be low for control, but the temperature and humidity may be detected separately and control may be performed based on the results of these two detections.
