Claims (1)
た内部中空の計測本体部の流路壁に流体の圧力に
よつて膨張、収縮可能な変形部を設けると共に、
流路の外側に前記変形部の変位を検出する検出手
段を設け、該検出手段の検出値に基づいて流量を
求めることを特徴とする流量計。 (2) 計測本体部は、計測すべき流体を流す変形
部を備えた可撓性のチユーブと、該チユーブ外周
を被うボデイとから構成され、前記ボデイ内周形
状を前記チユーブの変形部の変形形状に倣つた形
状とした請求項1に記載の流量計。 (3) ボデイ内周形状は角部が滑らかなR形状と
なつている請求項2に記載の流量計。 (4) 検出手段はチユーブの変形部外周を押圧す
る検出子を有し、検出子の先端形状を半球状とす
ると共に、検出子と反対側のボデイ内周面を平面
構成とした請求項1乃至3のいづれかの項に記載
