入乃至吸引パイプ、フオーム材注入パイプ(図示
せず)が連結されている。また、基台Fにはステ
ーSを立付け支持するブラケツトBが突出装着さ
れ、そのブラケツトBで支持するステーSを受入
れ可能に金型C1,C2の各面には蛇腹状に形成し
た凹溝G4が設けられている。このブラケツトB
はバルブV1と同様にエアーを注入し或いは後述
するガス抜きの際のバルブとして用いることがで
き、その下端側にもエアー注入乃至吸引パイプが

カバーの本体1を形成する部分以外に各バルブ
V1,V2並びにブラケツトBまでも包囲する長さ
の余剰部分P1を持たせるよう挿置する。また、
パリソンPは若干肉厚を大きくししかも通常幅の
ヘツドレストカバーを成形するパリソンP′より狭
幅lで狭径の円筒状のものを用い、その下端側を
左右よりバーAや治具で引張して略台形状に拡開
した状態でステーSや各バルブV1,V2を受入れ
るようにする。その幅は下端側で左右のバルブ
V1を受入れるに足る寸法t1にし、また上端側でパ
リソンPを円筒形のままで偏平にした状態に相応
する寸法t2にすればよい。そのパリソンP、余剰
部分P1に各バルブV1,V2やステーSを挿置後、
金型C1,C2でパリソンPの上端側並びに余剰部
分P1の下端部を型締め挾持したならば、バルブ
V1,V2及びステーSに設けた溝を介してブラケ
ツトBから圧縮空気を注入する。そのエアー注入
ではヘツドレストカバーの本体1を膨張成形する
と共に、パリソンPの余剰部分P1にブロー用空
気孔2とフオーム原液注入孔3に加えてステーS
を挿通する蛇腹状筒部4も一体的に形成すること
ができる。その余剰部分P1にはブロー成形時に
金型C1,C2で喰切りラインを入れて事後に蛇腹
状の筒部4を除きカツテイング除去可能にすると
共に、上端側にも喰切りラインを入れて次に用い
るパリソンと切離し可能にする。そのパリソンP
のブロー成形後に、バルブV2からウレタン等の
フオーム原液をカバー本体1内に充填して発泡硬
化する。その発泡硬化時にはエアーバルブV1並
びにブラケツトBが溝を介してが今度はガス抜き
孔として作用し、ステーSをカバー本体1より突
出して一体装着したパツト部5を形成することが
できる。このパツト部5の発泡成形完了後、金型
C1,C2を型割りすると共に、ブロー成形時に形

に亘つて溶着すればよいところから剥離強度を大
きくすることができると共に、金型へのパリソン
