Claims (1)
- 対向する２枚の基板の少なくとも一方の対向面
上に記録層が設けてあり、両対向面が直接もしく
は両対向面間に空気層が形成されるようにスペー
サーなどを介して、接着剤で貼り合わせてなる光
デイスク基板の上、下を押圧する一対の保持具に
おいて上部治具は下部中心軸に対称に位置する挿
入孔を設け、一方下部治具は上部中心軸に対称に
位置し上記挿入孔に貫入しうる突起を設け且つ、
該下側離した状態では中心軸の外径がデイスク内
径の寸法より小さくなる治具の両側面にバネ状物
体を設けてなることを特徴とする光デイスク貼り
合わせ用治具。
