取り付けてあり、前記格納部に格納された前記電
荷結合デバイスの一側面を前記位置決め基準に相
当する前記格納部の一内壁面に付勢接触せしめる
押圧部材と、前記デバイス固定ホルダの上面に取
り付けてあり、前記電荷結合デバイスの反受光面
側を押さえる押さえ板とを具備することを特徴と
