あつて、第１図は電荷結合デバイス固定治具の分
解斜視図、第２図は電荷結合デバイスが押圧部材
によつて押圧されている様子を示すデバイス固定
ホルダの平面図であり、第３図は従来の電荷結合
デバイス固定治具を説明するための第１図に対応
する図である。 １０……デバイス固定ホルダ、１１……格納部
、２０……押圧部材、３０……電荷結合デバイス
、４０……押さえ板。

Claims (1)
- 光学系からの光を受ける電荷結合デバイスを位
置決め固定する電荷結合デバイス固定治具におい
て、前記電荷結合デバイスを格納するための格納
部を有し、当該格納部の一内壁面が前記電荷結合
デバイスの位置決め基準となつているデバイス固
定ホルダと、デバイス固定ホルダの格納部近傍に
取り付けてあり、前記格納部に格納された前記電
荷結合デバイスの一側面を前記位置決め基準に相
当する前記格納部の一内壁面に付勢接触せしめる
押圧部材と、前記デバイス固定ホルダの上面に取
り付けてあり、前記電荷結合デバイスの反受光面
側を押さえる押さえ板とを具備することを特徴と
する電荷結合デバイス固定治具。
