(Prior Art) An example of a conventional dental prosthesis production procedure will be briefly described. First, an impression of a tooth mold is taken from the oral cavity, and a composite model made of a heat-resistant material having a coefficient of thermal expansion similar to that of the cast metal is created from this tooth mold. Next, the composite model is immersed in a pot in which the wax is heated and melted, and then kept in an oven for a certain period of time to impregnate and fix the wax into the composite model. Then, a heated and softened wax material (for example, sheet wax, ready-casting wax) is crimped along the unevenness of the composite model, and the edges are melted and pressed with an electric trowel or the like to fix the wax material on the composite model. A mold is formed by embedding this wax molded composite model in investment material, and after heating the whole and burning out the wax molding material, molten cast metal is poured into the burnt-out cavity, and after cooling and solidifying, the mold material is The composite model is crushed and removed to obtain a cast prosthesis.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, the above-mentioned procedure for making a prosthesis requires skill and skill, and it is inevitable that uneven quality will occur, and furthermore, it will lead to an increase in the price of dental technology products. It was also the cause of this. That is, in order to improve the adhesion of the wax material to the composite model, it is necessary to impregnate and fix the wax material on the composite model in advance and to soften the wax material by heating. Equipment is required, and since the wax profile is heated and softened before being crimped onto the composite model, the wax profile may lose its shape or change in thickness during crimping, resulting in uneven mechanical strength as originally planned. or Therefore, keeping the crimping conditions constant is extremely important for stabilizing quality, and this requires a high level of skill and skill, and the same skill and skill is required for repair. .

(Means for Solving the Problems) The structure of the present invention for achieving the above object will be explained based on the attached drawings. FIG. 1 is a partial longitudinal sectional view of the wax profile of the present invention, taking sheet wax as an example.
FIG. 2 is a schematic process diagram of the method of the present invention. That is,
The wax profile 1, which is the first aspect of the present invention, is characterized by having a wax base material 10 coated with a tacky adhesive 11 on at least one side. The second gist is the step of creating a heat-resistant composite model 2 from a tooth mold, and the process of applying the wax material 1, which has adhesive adhesive 11 applied to at least one side of the wax base material 10, to the unevenness of the composite model 2. Along the adhesive 1
a step of burying the duplex model 2 with the wax mold material 1 in close contact with it in the investment material 31 to form a mold 3, and a step of heating the mold 3 to burn out the wax mold material. This method of forming a prosthesis is characterized by comprising a step of casting molten cast metal 4 into a burnt-out cavity 32 of wax, and a step of crushing and removing the mold after cooling.

The wax base material 10 of the wax profile 1 of the present invention is:
Sheet wax or ready-casting wax, which has been conventionally used in dental prosthesis formation, is used. A staple pattern necessary for saliva retention and tongue stimulation is applied to the non-adhesive surface of the upper jaw sheet wax. In addition, the thickness and thickness of ready-casting wax are adjusted in advance so that the desired elastic modulus can be obtained when restored to cast metal.
The shape etc. are determined. These sheet waxes and ready-casting waxes may be used alone or in combination, as in the past.

At least one side of the wax base material 10 (in the case of sheet wax, literally one side; in the case of ready-casting wax, part or all of the outer periphery of the columnar wax member) is coated with a synthetic rubber, preferably an acrylic rubber adhesive 11. When the adhesive 11 is applied and the wax profile 1 is pressed against the surface of the composite model 2, the wax profile 1 is tightly fixed. Of course, this adhesive should be one that can be burned away during lost waxing.

(Function) When fixing the wax profile 1 of the present invention to a tooth-shaped composite model 2 in the lost wax method, for example, when the adhesive 10 is applied to the surface of the composite model 2 and the opposite surface is pressed, the wax profile 1 is faithfully deformed along the unevenness of the composite model 2 due to the adhesiveness of the adhesive 10, and is tightly fixed. In this case, since it is not necessary to heat and soften the wax profile 1, it does not lose its shape during crimping or change its thickness due to the convex portions of the composite model 2, and therefore does not require much skill or skill. The initially set wall thickness is maintained and fixed without any problems. Furthermore, strong adhesion is ensured without having to pre-impregnate the composite model 2 with wax, and the process is simplified accordingly. Furthermore, even if a staple pattern is applied to the maxillary sheet wax, since it is not softened by heating, it will not lose its shape when crimped, and the original shape will be restored to the prosthesis.

In addition, in the case of sheet wax, it is also used as a dental check bite. That is, conventionally, when sheet wax is used as a check bite, the sheet wax is wound into a rod shape, heated and softened, and fused to each other so that the patient can bite the sheet wax, but in the present invention, the adhesive 10 is applied to one side of the sheet wax. Because I have
Even without heat fusing, the rod-shaped wound state or plate state can be maintained due to its adhesiveness, and it can be engaged as it is, which saves time and effort.

In the prosthesis forming method that is the second gist of the present invention, the composite model 2 shown in FIG. (shrinkage coefficient). Then, as described above, the wax molding material 1 is closely fixed to the uneven surface of the duplicate model 2, and is buried in the investment material 31 to form the mold 3.
When the mold 3 is heated to a predetermined temperature, the wax mold material 1 is burnt out, and a predetermined molten cast metal 4 is immediately cast into the burnt-out cavity 32, and then allowed to cool naturally and the mold 3 is crushed and removed to form the desired prosthesis. is obtained. At this time, since the thermal expansion coefficients of the cast metal 4 and the material constituting the composite model 2 are similar, a prosthesis 5 having substantially equal shrinkage rates during cooling and faithful to the shape of the burnt cavity 32 can be obtained.

(Effect of the invention) As mentioned above, the dental wax profile of the present invention has the following effects:
Since the wax base material is coated with an adhesive adhesive on at least one side, when a prosthesis is formed using the wax base material by the lost wax method, for example, it can be tightly fixed by simply pressing it onto a composite model. Therefore, there is no need for the conventional process of wax impregnation and fixation of multiple models or heating and softening of wax shapes, which simplifies the number of man-hours, and prevents the wax shapes from deforming or becoming uneven in thickness during crimping. We can provide dental technology products with stable quality. In addition, when used as a dental check bite, the time and effort can be saved, and furthermore, in the method of forming a prosthesis, which is the second gist of the present invention,
As mentioned above, this simplifies the man-hours and ensures stable quality and inexpensive product supply.
Taking these into account, it can be said that the usefulness of the present invention is extremely large.
