採用されるワツクス型材並びにこれを用いた補綴

ら、圧着の際にワツクス型材が形崩れし或は厚み
の変化が起こり、当初予定した力学的強度にムラ
が生じたりする。従つて圧着条件を一定にさせる
ことは品質の安定化の為に極めて重要であり、そ
の為には高度な技倆と熟練を要し、また修復の為

に基づき説明するに、第1図に本発明ワツクス型
材をシートワツクスを例に採つた部分縦断面図、

ツクス基材10の少なくとも片面に粘着性接着剤
11が塗着されて成ることを特徴とするものであ
る。また、第2の要旨は、歯型から耐熱性複模型
2を作成する工程と、ワツクス基材10の少なく
とも片面に粘着性接着剤11を塗着したワツクス
型材1を上記複模型2の凹凸に沿つて該接着剤1
1をして密着させる工程と、該ワツクス型材1を
密着させた複模型2を埋没材31に埋没させて鋳
型3を形成する工程と、該鋳型3を加熱してワツ
クス型材を焼失させる工程と、ワツクスの焼失空
洞32内に溶融鋳造金属4を鋳込む工程と、冷却
後鋳型を破砕除去する工程とより成ることを特徴

た所定の鋳造金属4を鋳込み、爾後自然放冷して
鋳型3を破砕除去すると所望の補綴物が得られ
る。この時鋳造金属4と複模型2を構成する材料
との熱膨張係数が類似しているので、冷却の際の
収縮率が略等しく焼失空洞32の形状に忠実な補

際にワツクス型材の形崩れや厚みのムラが生じず
品質の安定した歯科技工製品を提供することが出
来る。亦、歯科のチエツクバイトとして用いた場
合にもその手間が省けることとなり、更に本発明
の第2の要旨である補綴物の形成法に於いては、
上記の如くその工数の簡素化が図られ且つ品質の
安定化と安価な製品供給を保証することとなり、
これらを綜合すると本発明の有用性は極めて大で
