[Detailed Description of the Invention] (Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a coil, and in particular, eliminates stress in the wire material that tends to occur at the beginning of winding a coil using ultra-fine wire, thereby increasing the reliability of the product. The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a superfine wire coil.

(Prior art) A method of manufacturing a coil using a conventional winding machine involves the steps of winding the wire at the beginning and end of winding onto a conductive terminal pin (hereinafter referred to as a pin), and winding it around a member to be wound. In each case, apply an appropriate tension depending on the wire material, and after winding the coil, solder the exposed part of the terminal to connect the wound part of the coil and the exposed part of the terminal at the beginning and end of winding. The wire between the parts is in a taut state under some tension as shown in FIG.

As shown in Fig. 8, the wire rod at the winding start position 1s of the coil is first wound around the winding core member of the member to be wound, and is located at the lowest layer of the coil, and then becomes the upper layer of the coil. , 1i are sequentially wound, as the wire is wound around the upper layer, the winding start position 1s of the coil is gradually drawn into the center of the coil, and the wire between the terminal binding part and the winding start position 1s is gradually drawn into the coil center. This is because the tension applied to 1b becomes stronger.

However, when the thickness of the wire becomes 4/100 mm, it is possible to manufacture coils using conventional manufacturing methods, but after mounting the finished product on an electronic package, etc., the part between the coil part and the pin on the winding start side is Accidents have occurred in which wires have broken.

For example, at the position indicated by 1g in Figures 4 and 8, the tension in the wire at the start of winding is too strong as described above, and the tension is caused by slight external distortion of the wire-wound member when subjected to vibration. However, the tension on the wire is applied and the wire breaks.

Furthermore, although such accidents do not occur with the finished coil alone, they often occur after it is mounted on a board or package. Therefore, not only the coil, but other parts also affect the board and the entire package, causing significant damage.

One of them is to provide a removable protruding part that partially protrudes from the surface of the brim at the end of the coil bobbin, and connect the lead wire of the winding to a terminal provided on the brim by straddling this protruding part. In this method, the protruding parts are removed after being wrapped and fixed.

This method has the disadvantage that each coil bobbin must be machined to be thin, and the small protruding parts must be pulled out against friction caused by the tension of the windings, making the equipment and manufacturing process complicated. There is.

Although this method is simple and effective, the structure of the correction tool, which is shown as a tool for bringing the barbed part closer to the terminal support part, is complicated, and the correction tool is supported along the extension line of the spindle. (Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the method for manufacturing an ultra-fine wire coil of the present invention involves hooking the winding start side of the wire 1 to a pin 4 provided on a member to be wound. When attaching the pin 4 to a position away from the support part 4a, after making the coil, it is shaped like a rod and has a split groove 5 along the longitudinal direction at the tip.
a, the tip is divided into two by the split groove 5a, and the groove width is widened in the middle of the split groove 5a.
Using the correcting tool 5 for correcting the position of the hair, move the correcting tool 5 so that the tip of the pin 4 is inserted into the hole 5b, and then insert the tip between the two divided tips 5c and 5d of the correcting tool 5. Fixing tool 5 so that pin 4 is caught
, and further move the correction tool 5 along the pin 4, and move the curling part 1a of the wire 1 along the pin 4.
By moving the wire closer to the support part of the wire rod 1, the wire rod 1 is slackened at the part wrapped around the pin 4 and at the winding start position of the coil wound on the wire-wound member.

Note that the gap between the tips 5c and 5d is made smaller than the thickness of the pin 4. Therefore, since the material of the correction tool 5 has some elasticity, if the pin 4 is inserted into the hole 5b and the correction tool 5 is moved in the direction of the arrow in FIG. , pin 4
This allows the pin 4 to be sandwiched between the tips 5c and 5d.

Note that the operation of the correcting tool 5 for moving the tangled portion 1a at the beginning of winding may be repeated a plurality of times when it is necessary to arrange the tangled portion 1a in an attractive manner. (Effects of the Invention) As described above, in the present invention, the tangled portion at the beginning of winding is separated from the base of the pin when the tangled portion is first twisted, and after the coil is formed, the tip of this tangled portion is split into two. Using the ivy rod-shaped correction tool 5, the wire is slackened between the winding start tangle and the coil winding start position by sandwiching the pin between its two tip parts and bringing it closer to the base of the pin. Therefore, it is possible to produce a coil in which the abnormal tension generated in the wire at the beginning of winding as described above is removed. Using ultra-fine wires of about 4/100 mm, it is possible to create coils that will not cause any problems after mounting.

Moreover, the structure of the correction tool is simple, and it can be attached to the nozzle holder of a conventional winding machine with simple processing.

[Scope of Claims] 1. In a method for manufacturing a coil using an extra-fine wire, when the winding start side of the wire is tied around a conductive terminal pin provided on a member to be wound, the winding start side of the wire is lowered from the conductive terminal pin support part. After the coil is made, the tip is split into two parts by the split groove, and a hole is formed in the middle of the split groove to widen the groove width. Using a correction tool for correcting the position of the tangle, move the correction tool so that the tip of the conductive terminal pin is inserted into the hole, and further insert the conductive terminal pin between the two divided tips of the correction tool. By moving the correction tool so that the terminal pin is pinched, and further moving the correction tool along the conductive terminal pin, and bringing the tangled part of the wire closer to the support part of the conductive terminal pin. . A method of manufacturing an ultra-fine wire coil, in which the wire is slackened between a portion wrapped around the conductive terminal pin and a winding start position of the coil wound on the wire-wound member.
