- 結合部の長さだけが、わずかずつ異なる複数の
方向性結合器型光制御素子が同一の基板上に同時
に形成され、前記方向性結合器の結合部の長さが
最も完全結合長に近い前記方向性結合器型光制御
素子を選択し、光フアイバと光学的に結合したこ
とを特徴とする方向性結合器型光制御デバイス。
