    送路群と結合されて方向性結合器デバイスとなる
    光導波路基板において、デバイスの組み立てに使
    われる一個の基板上に導波路結合度の異なる複数
    の方向性結合器を包含してなる方向性結合器デバ
    イス用光導波路基板。
