Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ハウジング内にランプバルブを有するとと
もに、その前面開口にレンズを設け、レンズのシ
ール脚部を、ハウジングのシール溝に設けたパツ
キンに圧接させた車両用灯具において、シール溝
に入れた液状のパツキン素材がパツキンに化する
硬化途中で、前記シール脚部の圧接面と面精度を
同一にする圧接治具をパツキン素材に圧接させて
シール面を成形するようにしたことを特徴とする
車両用灯具。 (2) ハウジング内にランプバルブを有するとと
もに、その前面開口にレンズを設け、レンズのシ
ール脚部を、ハウジングのシール溝に設けたパツ
キンに圧接させた車両用灯具において、シール溝
に液状のパツキン素材の余剰部分を吸収する液溜
まり部を設け、シール溝に入れた液状のパツキン
素材がパツキンに化する硬化途中で、シール脚部
の圧接面と面精度を同一にする圧接治具をパツキ
ン素材に圧接させるとともに、パツキン素材の余
剰部分を液溜まり部に流入させてシール面を形成
するようにしたことを特徴とする車両用灯具。
