BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The need to establish communication between the inside and outside of a living body, particularly the human body, has rapidly increased with advances in medical technology. In other words, as the degree to which organs and organs within the body are treated through surgical operations increases, it becomes necessary to temporarily or long-term supply drugs, blood, nutrients, and oxygen to the body from outside to maintain life. This is because of this. On the other hand, storage of urine and feces, etc.
In cases where the excretory function has been lost, biological functions are often maintained by using a synthetic resin pipe or catheter inserted into the abdomen and guiding it to an artificial bladder or anus installed outside the body. Ta. Furthermore, it is becoming increasingly common for drugs to be injected into the bone marrow or deep into the muscles, as well as for cleaning and disinfection. Furthermore, the need for introducing electrical signals from the outside to artificial hearts has also increased.

In order to communicate between the inside and outside of a living body as described above, it is necessary to surgically incise a part of the living body each time it is necessary, which not only causes pain to the patient, but also requires appropriate treatment to be performed on the spot. It was extremely difficult to take.

In addition, when a rubber or synthetic resin pipe is constantly inserted into the esophagus or thoracic trachea to reinforce liquid food or air, the pipe and the living body do not mix well, creating a gap that allows bacteria to easily enter and cause infection. There is a risk of this, and measures must be taken to prevent it, and the body's rejection reaction tends to cause swelling, ulcers, etc.

In addition, even if an opening is made in the abdomen to drain urine and feces, it is difficult to connect it to the outside.
Synthetic resin bags coated with adhesive are pasted around the openings, but because the areas where they are pasted are almost constant, they tend to cause skin irritation, and they cannot be applied daily. The work of removing and removing it was extremely troublesome.

Fig. 1 shows a state in which the opening member A according to the present invention is attached to a living tissue S in a human body and opened in the living body. It has a cylindrical structure with a through hole T in the direction, and the most common one is cylindrical, but depending on the place and purpose it is attached, a circular or square hole is formed in the prismatic body. It may be an open one. Suitable materials for constructing the opening member A having the through hole T in this way include alumina ceramic whose main component is aluminum oxide (Al 2 O 3 ), single crystal sapphire zirconia ceramic, etc. It has no harmful effects and is extremely stable against body fluids.
Because it does not elute harmful metal ions caused by corrosion, it has good compatibility with living organisms and has good adhesion properties with both hard (bone) and soft tissues in the human body. Among these, when a large mechanical strength is required as the opening member A, a member made of single crystal sapphire, which has particularly excellent strength, may be used.
In addition, materials suitable for constructing the opening member A may include calcium phosphate-based ceramics or glass ceramics obtained by crystallizing calcium phosphate-based microcrystals.

Further, as another embodiment of the opening member A, it is more preferable to use the opening member A in which a flange F is integrally formed at one end or both ends to provide the blocking effect shown in FIG. 2A . Insert a catheter-like pipe P (indicated by a dotted line) inside.
A seal H made of silicone rubber or the like may be attached to the wall surface of the through hole T in order to stably hold the pipe P and have a function of preventing infection from the outside.

In addition, Figure 2 (b) shows an opening member made of ceramic.
In A2 , in addition to the flange F, a rounded groove M is integrally formed on the outer periphery to prevent it from coming off from the living body and to increase the surface area of contact with the living body.

Furthermore, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 3a, a rubber seal H1 and a synthetic resin holding ring R are arranged in the through hole T of the opening member A3 made of ceramic.
By tightening the holding ring R, the outer periphery of the pipe P inserted into the center and the inner wall of the through hole T may be sealed to prevent infection, etc., or as shown in Fig. 3b. Alternatively, a seal H2 may be provided inside the opening member A4 made of ceramic so that the pipe P can be inserted in a flexible state.

Furthermore, if the opening member A5 shown in FIG. 4 is threaded K on the outer periphery, it can be used by screwing into the bone B in the living body S.
It is also possible to clean or disinfect the bone marrow in bone B by burying two A 5 and injecting cleaning fluid from one opening member A 5 and letting it flow out from the other opening member A 5 . . It can also be used as an electrode insertion hole for electrical stimulation therapy for bone fractures.

As described above, the present invention is made of ceramic that is not harmful to living organisms and has excellent affinity for living organisms, and can be inserted and buried in living organisms for a long period of time. It is possible to insert a pipe through the hole, use this pipe to directly introduce medicines and nutrients, and conduct waste products out of the body, and it can be easily removed when no longer needed. The contribution it brings to medical care is extremely large, as it can also be used to perform sutures.
