Claims (1)
連続した過電流の通電によつて発生する上記発熱
抵抗体の熱衝撃により砕裂すべく上記絶縁基板に
形成された熱破壊性部分とからなる過電流遮断手
段と、該過電流遮断手段と直列に接続されてなり
、放電間隙を隔てて対向配置した放電電極を放電
ガスと共に気密封止した放電型サージ吸収素子と
からなることを特徴とするサージ吸収器。 (2) 熱破壊性部分が、絶縁基板における発熱抵
抗体の被着形成面との対向面に形成した溝状の肉
薄部から成ることを特徴とする請求項1記載のサ
ージ吸収器。 (3) 過電流遮断手段における発熱抵抗体を複数
に分割形成するとともに、上記分割形成された発
熱抵抗体の隣接相互間には電気的良導体を介在さ
せ、上記発熱抵抗体と電気的良導体とを交互に直
列に接続したことを特徴とする請求項1または2
記載のサージ吸収器。 (4) 過電流遮断手段における複数に分割形成さ
れた発熱抵抗体と電気的良導体との接合部は、電
気的良導体、発熱抵抗体、電気的良導体の順に積
層した構造であることを特徴とする請求項3記載
のサージ吸収器。 (5) 絶縁基板上に設けられた発熱抵抗体を脱鉛
ガラスにより被覆したことを特徴とする請求項1
