で表わした要部拡大図、第２図は同糸切り装置を
備えた多本針筒形ミシンの筒状ベツドの斜視図、
第３図は針板を裏側から見た拡大図である。 ２……筒形ベツド、３……針板、６……可動刃
、８……針孔、９……固定刃、１１……板バネ、
１４……圧接体、１５……作動板。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ミシンに固定支持される固定部材と、該固
    定部材に添設されて作動装置の作動により固定部
    材より出入りし、先端に糸を捕捉するフツクを備
    えた可動部材と、可動部材を固定部材に押付ける
    バネ手段とを備えたミシンのクランプ機構におい
    て、バネと可動部材との間に介在してバネ圧を可
    動部材に伝え、バネに傾動可能に支持されるとと
    もに可動部材に摺動可能に係合する圧接体を設け
    たミシンのクランプ機構。 (2) 請求項１記載のクランプ機構を用いたミシ
    ンの糸払い装置。 (3) 作動装置の作動により往復動し、先端にフ
    ツクメス部を備えた可動刃と、フツクメス部が往
    復動する経路上に配置された固定刃と、可動刃を
    固定刃に押付けるバネとを備えたミシンの糸切り
    装置において、バネと可動刃との間に介在してバ
    ネ圧を可動刃に伝え、バネに傾動可能に支持され
    るとともに可動刃に摺動可能に係合する圧接体を
    設けたミシンの糸切り装置。 (4) 圧接体は、下向きの円錐部分を有し、可動
    刃に上面を摺接させるとともにバネに円錐部分が
    嵌合する係合部を設けた請求項３記載のミシンの
    糸切り装置。 (5) 圧接体は、円錐部分に続く軸部を有して皿
    ボルト状をなし、バネの係合部を軸部に遊嵌して
    円錐部分に係合させた請求項３記載のミシンの糸
    切り装置。 (6) バネは板バネで、係合部は軸部より大径の
    透孔である請求項５記載のミシンの糸切り装置。 (7) 圧接体の上面は少なくともその一部が可動
    刃と固定刃の交差する切断作用位置に対応する請
    求項３記載のミシンの糸切り装置。 (8) ミシンは多本針筒形ミシンで、針が筒状ベ
    ツドの筒軸と直交する方向に並び、また可動刃が
    鉤状をなして基端が送り歯の送り方向前方に軸支
    される請求項３記載のミシンの糸切り装置。
