作動となつたら駆動モータを停止させて巻上を停
止し、且つ前記可動グリツプの下動に際しては前
記第1及び第2の下動検出器が作動したら駆動モ
ータを逆回転させ巻上下用チエーンを巻下ると共
に第2の下動検出器が不作動となつても該巻下を
継続し、第1及び第2の下動検出器のいずれも不
動作となつたら駆動モータを停止させて巻下を停
止させる制御回路を設けたことを特徴とする電気
