Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 固定盤と、固定盤に垂直向きに設けられたタイ
    ロツドによつて案内されて固定盤に近づく方向及
    びこれから遠ざかる方向に移動可能な可動盤と、
    可動盤を上記方向に移動させる駆動装置と、可動
    盤の固定盤との対面側に設けられる加圧プレート
    と、加圧プレートをタイロツドと平行方向に移動
    可能に案内するガイド機構と、加圧プレートが可
    動盤から所定以上遠ざかることを阻止する停止機
    構と、可動盤と加圧プレートとの間に配置されて
    加圧プレートに固定盤向きの力を常に作用するス
    プリングと、固定盤と可動盤との間の距離が所定
    以下の場合に、固定盤に設置された被加圧物及び
    加圧プレートを外気から遮断するように構成され
    る真空室と、真空室を排気可能な真空源装置とを
    有する真空プレス装置。
