Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 固定盤１２と、この固定盤１２に垂直方向
    に設けられたタイロツド１６によつて案内されて
    固定盤１２に近づけ方向及びこれから遠ざかる方
    向に移動可能な可動盤４０と、この可動盤４０を
    上記方向に移動させる上下方向駆動装置９と、前
    記可動盤４０の固定盤１２との対面側に設けられ
    、固定盤１２に設置される被加圧物８０を加圧す
    る加圧プレート４６と、この加圧プレート４６を
    タイロツド１６と平行方向に移動可能に案内する
    ガイド機構４２，４４と、前記加圧プレート４６
    が可動盤４０から所定長以上遠ざかることを阻止
    する停止機構４４ａと、可動盤４０と加圧プレー
    ト４６との間に配置されて加圧プレート４６に固
    定盤向きの力を常に作用するスプリング５２と、
    固定盤１２と可動盤４０との間の距離が所定長以
    下の場合に、固定盤１２に設置された被加圧物８
    ０及び加圧プレート４６を外気から遮断するよう
    に構成される真空室８と、この真空室８を排気可
    能な真空源装置７２とを有する真空プレス装置。 (2) １つの可動盤４０に加圧プレート４６が、
    ガイド機構４２，４４、停止機構４４ａ、スプリ
    ング５２及び真空室８とを複数組有することを特
    徴とする請求項第１項記載の真空プレス装置。 (3) 真空室８は可動盤４０と、これに固定され
    たリング状部材５８と、これに固定されたブロー
    ズ５６と、これに固定されたリング状部材６２と
    、このリング状部材６２を可動盤４０に上下方向
    移動可能に支持する吊り部材６６と、固定盤１２
    よりなる請求項第１項、第２項のいずれかに記載
    の真空プレス装置。
