Claims (1)
- 電極と被加工物の間に加工電流を供給する加工
電流供給部と、前記加工電流供給部の加工電流を
ＯＮ／ＯＦＦ制御しパルス電流とするパルス発生
部とを含み、電極と被加工物を対向させた状態で
相対的に移動し、電極間にパルス電流を通電し被
加工物を加工する放電加工装置において、吸気口
を有する第１の室と、排気口を有する第２の室と
、上記第１の室から上記第２の室へ送風するフア
ンと、上記第１の室と上記第２の室との間に設け
た圧力センサーを有し、上記加工電流供給部およ
びパルス発生部を上記第１の室または第２の室に
収納し、かつ加工条件制御装置に接続したことを
特徴とする放電加工装置。
