Detailed Description of the Invention [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to paper used for various mortars and concrete for civil engineering and construction, as well as concrete products, etc., and particularly for improving the surface properties thereof. This paper relates to mortar/concrete surface improvement paper suitable for slope construction.

The strength of mortar and concrete depends on the water/cement ratio; the lower the value, the higher the strength. Although cement dispersants and the like are used to reduce the amount of water during pouring, it is impossible to reduce the amount beyond a certain limit from the viewpoint of workability. Furthermore, if excess water is present, it may turn into breathing water, form voids in the concrete, leading to a decrease in strength, or cause defects called "avatars" on the concrete surface.
Avatars occur significantly when the hitting surface is a slope, so-called slope, and in order to repair it, 1
The number of steps may increase.

In addition, concrete is used to prevent freezing and thawing.
Air entraining agents called AE agents are used.
It contains about 4% air. The avatar phenomenon also occurs due to this air. For this reason, the conventional practice has been to cover the surface with water-absorbent resin, paper, perforated cloth, etc. immediately after pouring to absorb water and air.

In particular, patent applications for similar purposes have been filed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 49-18767 and Special Publication No. 50-11692, but the relationship between the physical properties of the paper and the surface properties of concrete has not been clarified. Emphasis is placed on removability.

As a result of various studies to solve these problems, the present inventors have developed a paper that allows excess moisture and air to pass through mortar and concrete during pouring, thereby significantly improving the surface of the concrete.

Its composition is a paper base material with a synthetic resin film having pores laminated on one side, or the same perforated film or a pore area ratio of 0 to 0 on the other side.
5% synthetic resin film, the water time of the laminate is 10,000 seconds or more, the total area of pores accounts for 5 to 80% of the total area of the film, and the distance between the pores is 0.5 It is characterized in that the surface on which synthetic resin films having pores of ~10 mm are laminated has a 5-minute Kotsubu water absorption of 100 g/m 2 or more.

Water time is a value measured according to JIS P3801, and is expressed as the time it takes for 100 ml of water to permeate per 10 cm 2 of sample sheet area. As described in Japanese Patent Application No. 63-53820, if the water time of the laminate exceeds 10,000 seconds, avatars usually occur on the surface of the mortar/concrete.

As a result of further study on this point, the inventors found that

They found that the avatar of the hitting surface was improved only when the amount exceeded 100 g/m 2 . Kotsubu water absorption is a value measured according to JIS P8140. If the 5-minute water absorption is less than 100 g/m 2 , sufficient dewatering from the concrete surface will not be carried out and flutters will occur on the concrete surface. Although the reason for the air avatar is not clear, it has been found that it is sufficiently improved as long as the water time and Kotbu water absorption are within the ranges mentioned above.

Synthetic resin films with pores include films made of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, vinyl chloride, polyurethane, cellulose derivatives, etc. with perforations or slits, dialysis membranes, net-like materials, cross yarns, flat yarns, etc. can be used. The total area of the pores is preferably 5 to 80% of the total area, and the distance between the pores is preferably 0.5 to 10 mm. Outside this range, water absorption may be insufficient,
It becomes difficult to handle.

The paper can be selected from almost all types, such as glassine paper, paperboard, paper mixed with organic or inorganic fibers, resin-impregnated paper, crust paper, and newsprint. However, with glassine paper, kraft paper, newsprint, etc., if the basis weight is less than 100g/ m2 , the paper often lacks dimensional stability, making the paper prone to wrinkles, and these wrinkles are difficult to prevent when placed in mortar or concrete. Since it remains on the construction surface, it is unsuitable for the purpose of improving surface quality.

This mortar/concrete surface improvement paper can be fixed to the formwork using metal fittings such as rivets or staples, or in some cases, by applying an adhesive to the surface opposite to the surface of the synthetic resin film that has pores, either completely or partially. It becomes possible by engineering.

Example 1 Pores with a pore diameter of 0.5 mm and a number of 49 pores/cm 2 (area ratio
A polyethylene film with a thickness of 25 μm (9.6%) is laminated on one side of a paperboard with a basis weight of 400 g/m 2 , and the water time of the laminate is 10,000 seconds or more (unmeasurable).
A paper for improving the surface properties of mortar and concrete was obtained, and the 5-minute water absorption of the polyethylene film laminate surface was 300 g/m 2 . This material is stapled and fixed so that the paper surface is in contact with the composite formwork, and the polyethylene film surface is attached to the mortar.
When the formwork was assembled and poured so as to be in contact with the concrete, and the mold was removed one day later, a cast surface with no flutter or wrinkles was obtained.
