Claims (1)
集合住宅であつて、下層階の上に建築される上層
階が順次後方にずらせて建築された住宅におい
て、 1階下の下層階の前端1Bから長さLだけ後方
にずらせて上層階の前端1Aを設け、この前端1
Aから奥行長さのLの部分に接する前方の左右い
ずれか一側にテラス2Aを設け、いずれか他側の
床面には前部吹抜4Aを設け、そして、前記前端
1Aから奥行長さ2Lの部分に接する前方の一側
にライトコート13Aを設け、この前端1Aから
奥行長さ2Lの部分に接する後方の一側の床面に
中間吹抜15Aを設け、この中間吹抜15Aの上
方の前部は、前記ライトコート13A内と連通さ
せて形成し、そして、この前端1Aから奥行長さ
3Lの部分に接する後方に横方向に連通する廊下
24Aを形成した一側住戸Aを建築し、さらに、
この一側住戸Aの上に建築される他側住戸Bの前
端1Bは、前記一側住戸Aの前端1Aより長さL
だけ後方にずらせて建築され、そして、この他側
