Claims (1)
- 温度ヒユーズ付突入電流抑制抵抗と、この温度
ヒユーズ付突入電流抑制抵抗を介して入力する交
流電源を整流しその出力側に平滑コンデンサが接
続された整流回路と、この整流回路の出力で動作
するレギユレータ回路と、前記温度ヒユーズ付突
入電流抑制抵抗と並列に接続され前記レギユレー
タ回路の出力に比例する電圧がゲートに印加され
てオンするスイツチング素子と、前記整流回路の
出力電圧を検出しこの電圧が所定値から外れると
前記スイツチング素子をオフする保護回路を備え
ていることを特徴とするスイツチングレギユレー
タ装置。
