(b) Prior Art Conventionally, speaker boxes to which speaker units are attached are generally known to be made of wood. This is because the materials are relatively easy to obtain, processing is easy, and acoustic characteristics such as the buttful effect have been sufficiently researched, making it easy to obtain materials when designing. It is. However, such wooden speaker boxes have a problem in that they are not suitable for mass production.

By the way, when the speaker box is integrally molded from synthetic resin, the bulk board and the speaker box body are integrally molded, so unlike wooden speaker boxes, there is no need for labor when assembling the box, and it is excellent in mass production.

(d) Structure of the Invention In order to achieve the above object, the speaker box has a first layer made of pressboard, and a second layer made of an adhesive based on a cellulose derivative, which is coated on the first layer. and a third layer made of a synthetic resin based on an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer that is bonded by thermocompression.

(E) Embodiment FIGS. 1 and 2 are diagrams showing an embodiment of the speaker box according to the present invention, in which 1 is the speaker box main body, 2 is a press board that is the first layer, and 3 is the second layer. This adhesive is based on cellulose derivatives such as cellulose acetate or cellulose nitrate. 4 is a synthetic resin serving as the third layer, and is made of, for example, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer as a base material.

First, the first aqueous cellulose solution is compressed to remove moisture, and then molded into a plate shape by rolls or compression in a semi-moist state to form a press board that will become the first layer. At this time, if one side is placed on a mesh plate and compressed, an uneven surface 2a with a mesh pattern left will be obtained.
Incidentally, the unevenness of the uneven surface 2a is about 0.2 to 0.3 mm.

Next, as a pretreatment, an adhesive as a second layer based on a cellulose derivative such as cellulose acetate or cellulose nitrate is applied to the first layer. This utilizes the property that the cellulose derivative has an affinity for the residual alkal content when the first layer of pressboard is in a semi-moist state. After that, it is forced to dry, which also serves as baking.

Next, a synthetic resin based on ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer is thermocompression bonded onto the second layer to form a third layer. At this time, if a heating roller with a stone grain pattern is pressed against the surface of the third layer, the surface of the third layer can be subjected to a shrinking process. As the synthetic resin, in addition to those based on the above-mentioned ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, polyvinyl chloride, polyurethane, polyvinyl acetate, etc. can also be used.

Next, a water-soluble cellulose derivative is used in the first layer to harden the entire first layer, or the water-soluble cellulose derivative is infiltrated from the front surface and hardened. Incidentally, the thickness of the second layer may be about 0.03 mm.

Furthermore, when forming a speaker box having a cross section as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a V-shape is formed in a predetermined portion (i.e., a portion corresponding to a corner of the box) of a band-like body having the above-mentioned cross section. By forming grooves, the side, top, and bottom surfaces can be formed as one piece.

(f) Effects of the invention Excellent in mass production and not subject to restrictions on molding technology, yet provides surface protection (waterproofing, damage proofing, etc.)
It is possible to obtain a speaker box that can achieve the following. Moreover, a decorative effect can be easily obtained. Furthermore, it is possible to improve the acoustic characteristics in the low range.
