INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION FIELD The present invention relates to a water heater that uses gas, oil, electricity, or solar heat as a heat source and has a heat exchanger made of copper or copper alloy, aluminum, or aluminum alloy. Conventional configuration and its problems This type of conventional hot water supply equipment is shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. FIG. 1 shows a conventional example of a water heater using gas as a heat source. Combustion heat generated from a flame 2 of a burner 1 is heat-exchanged by a heat exchanger 3 made of copper or a copper alloy. converts city water supplied by the city into hot water. Note that the hot water is discharged from the hot water supply pipe 5. In this water heater, when a bathtub, washbasin, towel, or the like is filled with water that has been retained in the inner tube of the heat exchanger 3 for a long time, an insoluble blue-colored substance may adhere to the water heater. This is because weakly acidic water and water containing a large amount of free carbonic acid and sulfate ions flow into the inner tube of the heat exchanger 3, causing a large amount of copper ions to be eluted, and the eluted copper ions to be mixed with the bathtub, washbasin, etc. This is because the soap adhering to the towel or fatty acids contained in sweat and grime react to produce copper soap. This problem is called the "blue water problem." Furthermore, aluminum heat exchangers also have the problem of corroding and producing a white suspension when weakly acidic water or water containing large amounts of sulfate ions flows into the heat exchanger. Purpose of the Invention In order to solve the above-mentioned conventional disadvantages, the present invention neutralizes weakly acidic water or water containing a large amount of free carbonic acid and sulfate ions, and uses the water as neutral water. The purpose is to suppress the elution of exchanger base material metal ions. Structure of the Invention In order to achieve this object, the present invention forms a zigzag water flow path, and a water treatment device storing a solid basic substance in this water flow path forms a loop with a heat exchanger. It is arranged in a water flow path or a water supply flow path. By using this configuration,
The weakly acidic water is neutralized by the solid basic substance and becomes neutral water, which flows into the heat exchanger. As a result, the elution of the base metal of the heat exchanger is suppressed. In addition, when water heating equipment is shut down, the water in the water treatment equipment becomes alkaline due to solid basic substances, and the calcium and magnesium salts present in the water become precipitates of insoluble compounds (e.g., magnesium carbonate, calcium carbonate, etc.). ) However, by opening the plug removably provided at the bottom or lower side of the case, the precipitate of the insoluble compound is discharged out of the case, thereby preventing clogging of the heat exchanger, etc. DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be explained as shown in FIGS. 2, 3, and 4.
5 and 6. FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of a water heater that is an embodiment of the present invention. The operating principle will be explained. The operating refrigerant that is vaporized by collecting solar heat or atmospheric heat by the heat collecting plate 6 is turned into a high-temperature, high-pressure gas by the compressor 7 and is sent to the refrigerant-side heat exchanger 8 . On the other hand, the city water stored in the hot water storage tank 9 is sucked by the circulation pump 10 via the feed side piping 11, and the neutral water that has come into contact with the solid basic substance 13 stored in the water treatment device 12 is The water becomes water and is sent to the hot water supply side heat exchanger 14. The water that receives and receives heat from the high-temperature, high-pressure operating refrigerant in the refrigerant-side heat exchanger 8 in the hot-water supply-side heat exchanger 14 becomes hot water and returns to the hot-water storage tank 9 via the return-side piping 15. On the other hand, the operating refrigerant becomes a liquid, is depressurized by the expansion valve 16, and is sent to the heat collecting plate 6. By repeating this cycle, the hot water storage tank 9
The temperature of the water increases. The hot water storage tank 9 has a structure in which water is injected through a water supply port 17 and hot water is discharged from a hot water supply port 18. Furthermore, the water treatment device 12 is provided with a removable plug 19 at the bottom of the case. FIG. 3 is a sectional view of a water treatment device installed in a hot water supply device, which is an embodiment of the present invention. Water treatment equipment 1

[Table] <Experiment 4> Using hot water obtained from the hot water supply equipment shown in Figure 2, an experiment was conducted to color a towel blue using a soap pad. Hot water obtained from conventional hot water equipment (PH5.8,
When a white towel soaked in 0.5% Setsuken liquid (Cu 2+ 1.55ppm, Mg 2+ 3ppm) was soaked, the towel turned blue after 15 repetitions. On the other hand, hot water (PH
7.3, Cu 2+ 0.08ppm, Mg 2+ 10ppm), a white towel soaked in 0.5% Setsuken solution did not turn blue even after 30 repetitions. This is because when the present invention is used, the production amount of fatty acid copper (blue compound) decreases due to a decrease in copper ions, and the production amount of fatty acid magnesium (white compound) increases due to an increase in magnesium ions. <Experiment 5> A water treatment device containing magnesium grains was placed in the sending piping of the hot water supply equipment shown in Figure 2, and water was allowed to stay there for two weeks. Precipitates of insoluble compounds such as magnesium and calcium had formed in the water treatment equipment, but the precipitates were removed from the water treatment equipment by opening the stopper and passing the water through a 30-mesh sieve. This operation 1
By repeating this process once a month, the precipitate was removed from the water treatment equipment, and the water flow path of the hot water supply equipment did not become clogged after one year of operation. Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, (1) weakly acidic water is neutralized by the solid basic substance and flows into the heat exchanger as neutral water;
Elution of base material metal ions from the heat exchanger is suppressed. (2) Precipitates of insoluble compounds formed in the water treatment equipment can be removed by opening the plug provided at the bottom or lower side of the equipment. As a result, clogging of the water flow path of the hot water supply device becomes less likely to occur. (3) Since the elution of base metal ions of the heat exchanger is suppressed, the life of the heat exchanger is extended. Effects such as this will occur.
