Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 走行台車と、この走行台車の一方の面上に設け
られ、ペースト供給装置および対極を有する研磨
ヘツド装置を搭載した研磨ヘツド移動台車と、前
記走行台車の他方の面上に設けられた洗浄装置と
を備え、 研磨すべき金属板と前記対極との間に電解質を
含むペーストを保持させ、前記金属板と前記対極
との間に前記ペーストを経て通電する電解研磨装
置であつて、 前記洗浄装置は、中央の洗浄ブラシと、この両
側に配置され、たがいに直交する方向に流体を噴
出する少なくとも１個の噴射ノズルと、これらの
各ノズルの両側に配置されたスクレーパーとを具
えることを特徴とする金属板の電解研磨装置。
