フラム室との間には両室に液密に遮閉するダイア
フラムが介装され、 前記ダイアフラム室内には制御装置からの信号
により線型的に作動されるソレノイド弁が収納さ
れるとともに、該ソレノイド弁のプランジヤーに
は、前記弁板及び前記ダイアフラムが一体的に取
り付けられ、 前記レギユレート室とダイアフラム室とは前記
プランジヤーに設けた連通孔により相互に連通さ
