区分され、 前記第1ダイアフラムには、開弁時に燃料供給
管に接続されている前記燃料室の余分な燃料をリ
ターン燃料通路に吐出す弁体が取り付けられてお
り、 前記第1背圧室には前記第1ダイアフラムと前
記第2ダイアフラムとに介装される第1の圧縮ば
ねが設けられるとともに、前記第2背圧室には前
記第2ダイアフラムを押圧する第2の圧縮ばねが
