Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (ア) ベース１上に可動可能に配設されたリニア
テーブル９上に、フオースゲージプレート４を設
け、フオースゲージプレート４上にフオースゲー
ジ１０を固着する。 (イ) 被測定リニアステツピングモータ１４を、
そのリニアに動く軸１４ａの先端がフオースゲー
ジ１０を押動できるようにベース１の側板２ｂに
取付ける。 (ウ) ベース１の側板２ａとベース１上に固定さ
れたガイドバー固定板６，６との間に、ガイドバ
ー３，３の遊挿されたバネ調整ブロツク５を設け
る。 (エ) バネ調整ブロツク５はベース１の側板２ａ
に取付けられたバネ調整用モータ１１のリニアに
動く軸１１ａの先端により押圧され、ガイドバー
３，３を介して可動する。 (オ) バネ調整ブロツク５の側板２ａとは反対側
の面にコイルバネ８が巻回された軸１２が取付け
られ、軸１２の先端はフオースゲージプレート４
と当接するフオース伝達板１３に挿通され、コイ
ルバネ８がフオース伝達板１３で圧縮される。 以上の構成よりなるリニアステツピングモータ
の推力測定装置。
