- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 絶縁性材料から成るグリーンシートを複数積層
したグリーンシート積層体の層間及び／または該
グリーンシートに設けられた透孔内に、導電性ペ
ースト及び抵抗ペーストとを配設して成る厚膜多
層配線基板の作製用多層体であつて、 前記導電性ペースト及び前記抵抗ペーストが、 保護樹脂膜上に形成され、該保護樹脂膜と共に
型により打ち抜かれて成るペーストシートから構
成された厚膜多層配線基板の作製用多層体。
