- 開襟シヤツのボタン付をする襟の側の表と、ボ
タン穴を設ける襟の側の裏に、それぞれループフ
アスナーのループ植込基布と植込ループを系合す
る係合片を付着した基布とを縫付、接着により貼
着したことを特徴とするシヤツ。
