However, this type of work actually requires skill and requires constant attention to the vertical and horizontal arrangement of the tile blocks, as well as determining whether or not they protrude from the surface. Costs were also becoming high. In particular, special L-shaped tiles must be prepared for the joints of the tile blocks at the corners, such as the protruding and inward corners of the mounting surface, and the construction is troublesome in order to balance each surface. It was hot. Furthermore, in order to construct tile blocks on the walls of existing buildings, it was necessary to add processing to make the wall surfaces suitable for tile block construction, requiring extensive modifications.

In order to solve the above object, according to the present invention,
A long mounting face plate with a pair of upper and lower locking claws formed at appropriate intervals in the longitudinal direction is fixed to the tile mounting surface, and a tile block with a locking portion corresponding to the locking claws provided on the back side is attached. The tile blocks are fixed to the locking gourds of the face plate, arranged regularly, and have protruding columnar corner members fixed on both sides to the mounting face plate at the corners of the wall. The tile block is arranged so as to intersect with the end portion, and the end portion of the tile block is fixed in abutment against the protruding side surface of the corner member.

In addition, the present invention includes a plurality of girder members fixed along the lateral direction of the outer wall of the building and arranged at appropriate intervals in the vertical direction, and a plurality of girder members fixed perpendicularly to the girder members and arranged at appropriate intervals in the horizontal direction. A plurality of studs arranged at intervals, locking tongues arranged vertically at regular intervals on the surface of each stud, and a length secured to each locking tongue and positioned and fixed in the lateral direction perpendicular to the studs. A square-shaped mounting face plate, a pair of upper and lower locking claws arranged horizontally at regular intervals on the mounting face plate, tile blocks that engage with each of the locking claws and are fixed horizontally in a row on the surface of each mounting face plate, and each of the above-mentioned mounting a corner member extending vertically in a protruding state at the corner of the outer wall where the longitudinal end of the face plate intersects, and having both sides fixed to the intersection of the mounting face plate, and a girder between the tile block and the outer wall; The tile block is pasted by providing a space corresponding to the thickness of the member and the stud, and is fixed by abutting the end of each tile block against the corner of the outer wall.

Furthermore, when this mounting structure is applied to the outer wall of a building, an air layer corresponding to the thickness of the girders and studs can be formed between the existing outer wall and the tile block. In addition, since the tile block and mounting face plate are firmly held by the girders and studs, there is no need to perform subsurface preparation for tiling on the existing exterior wall.

Further, in the embodiment, the girder 10 and the stud 11
The mounting support surface of the mounting face plate 12 was constructed by the following. According to this, exterior wall A and tile block 13
(Since a gap equivalent to the total thickness of the girders 10 and studs 11 is formed between the mounting face plates 12, this contributes to improving heat insulation and sound insulation, and also allows piping, wiring, etc. to be installed inside the gap, so It is suitable for renovating existing buildings, and also eliminates the need to prepare the subsurface for tile construction.

As described above in detail using the embodiments, according to the mounting structure according to the present invention, even an unskilled person can easily and accurately affix tile blocks, and the construction period can be significantly shortened. and,
In particular, by providing corner members at the corners, it is possible to solve the most troublesome problem of interlocking tile blocks at the corners, and it also makes it possible to eliminate the need for L-shaped corner blocks, which eliminates transportation problems. You don't have to worry about breaking or adjusting the number of parts.

Furthermore, when this invention is applied to the exterior wall of a building, the foundation support part of the tile block can be constructed using girders and studs, so there is no need to make any repairs to the exterior wall, especially when constructing a new tile block in an existing building. In addition, an air layer is created between the resulting tiled surface and the existing exterior wall, providing insulation.
Sound insulation can be greatly improved.

[Scope of Claims] 1. A mounting face plate in which a pair of upper and lower locking claws are regularly formed at appropriate intervals in the longitudinal direction is fixed to the tile mounting surface, and the locking portions corresponding to the locking claws are fixed to the back surface. a columnar corner member, which is formed by regularly arranging tile blocks provided on the mounting surface while being locked to the locking claws of the mounting face plate, and whose sides are fixed to the mounting face plate at the corners of the mounting face; A mounting structure for a tile block, characterized in that the tile block is disposed in a protruding state so as to intersect with the end of the tile block, and the end of the tile block is fixed in abutting state against the protruding side surface of a corner member. 2. The tile block mounting structure according to claim 1, wherein the corner member is located at a protruding corner of the mounting surface and has a side portion fixed to the mounting face plate. 3. The tile block mounting structure according to claim 1, wherein the corner member is located at an inside corner of the mounting surface and has a side portion fixed to the mounting face plate. 4 A plurality of girder members fixed along the lateral direction of the outer wall of the building and arranged at appropriate intervals in the vertical direction, and a plurality of girder members fixed at right angles to the girder members and arranged at appropriate intervals in the horizontal direction. a plurality of studs, locking tongues arranged vertically at regular intervals on the surface of each stud, and a long piece of mounting that is locked to each locking tongue and positioned and fixed in the horizontal direction perpendicular to the studs. a face plate, a pair of upper and lower locking claws arranged horizontally at regular intervals on the surface of the mounting face plate;
A tile block is engaged with each locking pawl and fixed horizontally in a line on the surface of each mounting face plate, and the tile block is passed vertically in a protruding state at the corner of the outer wall where the longitudinal end of each of the mounting face plates intersects. , and corner members fixed on both sides to the intersections of the mounting face plates, and the tile block is pasted with a space corresponding to the thickness of the girder member and interlayer between the tile block and the outer wall, and the corner corners of the outer wall are fixed. 1. A structure for attaching tile blocks to an outer wall of a building, characterized in that the end of each tile block is fixed against a corner part at the end of the tile block.
