Claims (1)
- 金属製基板表面に未加硫ゴムを介在せしめてセ
ラミツクス片を配列し、加熱加硫して前記セラミ
ツクス片を前記基板上に固着して製造されるライ
ナー部材であつて、前記未加硫ゴムで前記基板の
全面を覆うと共に前記基板表面にセラミツクス片
を配列し、しかる後前記セラミツクス片と同時に
加熱加硫して固着成形されたことを特徴とするラ
イナー部材。
