- 六ホウ化ランタンからなる陰極チツプと、該陰
極チツプを加熱すると共に挟圧保持する黒鉛から
なる一対のヒータと、該ヒータを介して陰極チツ
プを保持するモリブデンとレニウムの合金からな
る一対の支持ポストとを有することを特徴とする
六ホウ化ランタン熱陰極。
