Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 無端状の処理布帛（以下単に布帛という）を
移送管と滞溜部とよりなる布帛の環状通路に架設
して処理液の噴射流により循環移行させて処理す
るようにしたものにおいて、前記滞溜部の入口部
に設けられた傾斜ケーシングの下底部に滞溜部底
壁上の処理液流路に通ずる多孔部を形成し、該多
孔部に滞溜部内の処理液流路に対する流下液量を
調整するための開閉弁を設けると共に上記処理液
流路の下流を前記ケーシング下底部に連接した上
記底板とその下部に設けた下部底板とにより上部
の下部に分岐した二重の流路を形成し、下部流路
の下流を処理液の循環経路中に連通し上部流路に
は、上部底板上の布帛移行部に液流を噴射する有
孔部を設け、更に上部流路に流入する処理液量を
調整する弁装置を設けたことを特徴とする布帛の
液流式処理装置。 ２ 上記上部流路に流入する処理液量を調整する
弁装置が上部・下部流路の分岐部に設けた蝶形弁
である請求項１記載の液流式処理装置。 ３ 上記開閉弁を備えた多孔部はケーシング下底
部の数ケ所に設けられ弁作動が選択的に行なわれ
る構成になつている請求項１又は２記載の布帛の
液流式処理装置。
