- セラミツクスの円柱状体の両端に金属キヤツプ
を装着し、該セラミツクスの円柱状体の周辺にコ
イル状に金属線を巻き、該金属線のそれぞれの両
端部を該金属キヤツプそれぞれに、接続した事を
