- 中空円筒部とこの円筒部の一端を閉塞した底部
に貫通孔を設けてなる誘電体素子と、前記円筒部
の外周面の一部と前記底部の外側面にかけて設け
られた外側電極と、前記円筒部の内周面全面と外
周面の一部にかけて設けられた内側電極とを有す
る円筒形コンデンサ。
