- 中空円筒部とこの円筒部の一端を閉塞した底部
に貫通孔を設けた誘電体と、前記円筒部の外周面
の一部と前記底部の外側面にかけて設けられた外
側電極と、前記円筒部の内周面全面と電気的に接
続された外周面の一部に設けられた内側電極を有
し、かつ前記貫通孔を樹脂で埋めた円筒形コンデ
ンサ。
