側に突出勝手に付勢する前記第１ばねより強い第
２ばね１０と、前記交換アームの縮小端位置で前
記ロツクピンの軸方向移動の規制を解除する逃げ
溝１ａを有するロツクかけ外し部材１とを含んで
なりインタロツク時に第２ばねにより工具を交換
